Josh's Birthday!!

Thursday was Josh's 26th birthday. (Jul. 3rd). He came here to Baton Rouge, and we went to eat at his favorite restaurant, DeAngelo's. Both of us had calzones. He had several presents waiting for him here: I gave him a very nice dark grey shirt with small horizontal stripes about an inch apart from Express Men, and i also got him a Fondue book. My parents gave him a pancake griddle that you place on top of the stove, and it can cook 2 at the same time. or really however many will fit on there. but you could potentially do 2 large ones. and Friday we went to see the fireworks in downtown baton rouge. then we went shopping saturday, and church today. Happy Birthday, husband!

We're Married!

That's right ... we had a beautiful ceremony last Saturday in Lake Charles, and now we have gone our separate ways. haha. Just kidding ... what I mean is -- Lisa is still going back/forth between Houston and Baton Rouge finishing up school for a little while, but we're making it.

We went on a short wedding trip to the Kemah Boardwalk to hold us over until we can go on a real honeymoon after Lisa finishes summer school.

Anyway ... just thought I'd give a quick update.
